This 5 Minute “Ted Talk-like” presentation that Mary gave at “Ignite Seattle” educates participants on how individual food choices and habits can affect our environment and also offers some very simple, easy and practical suggestions on diet and lifestyle shifts that can make a positive impact. Luckily, what’s good for the planet is also good for health and nobody has to become vegan to make a  difference.
